Position details
- Full-time, remote 1099 independent contractor position - Work from home within the United States - Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends - Starting pay: $28 per hour - Possible monthly bonus - Comprehensive training and ongoing team support
What you'll do
This is a high-volume phone position. You'll make outbound and receive inbound patient calls, schedule and confirm telehealth appointments, reschedule missed visits, and support patient engagement. You'll also maintain accurate records, coordinate with nurses, and protect patient confidentiality.
What we're looking for
- Fluent English and Spanish - At least one year of experience in customer service, call center work, appointment scheduling, or healthcare - Strong communication, computer, data entry, and organizational skills - Comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone - Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home workspace - Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Experience with medical scheduling, EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, or phone dialers is a plus.
