- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—claims, billing, and partner agencies—to resolve complex member concerns.
- Maintaining high performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
This seasonal opportunity, running through December, offers the potential to transition into a permanent role for those who consistently exceed expectations and demonstrate a strong commitment to our mission.

- Data Accuracy: Accurately update member records across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound campaigns to inform members of policy changes, new benefits, or upcoming deadlines, thereby reducing future support volume.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to expedite solutions, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including average handle time, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, product updates, and industry best‑practice workshops to stay current on healthcare policies and customer service techniques.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable toggling between multiple desktop applications while maintaining focus on the customer.
- Availability: Open schedule covering 8 am–11 pm EST, 7 days a week.
- Home Office Setup: Own a Windows 11 PC or laptop, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload), Ethernet connection, dual monitors, VoIP USB headset with microphone, webcam, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume, high‑stress situations with professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic verbal and written communication in both languages.
- Problem‑Solving: Ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment, quickly learning new processes and technologies.
