Bilingual Immigration Attorney - Mid-Level Position: Bilingual Associate Attorney - Mid-Level Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Salary: $110,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience Location: Alexandria, VA About The Opportunity A growing boutique immigration law firm is seeking a mid-level Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join its team. This position offers significant autonomy, direct client interaction, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to take ownership of a full immigration caseload. The Role Mid-Level Associate - 5+ Years Experience The Ideal Candidate Has Substantial Hands-on Experience Handling Master Calendar Hearings Bond Hearings Individual (Merits) Hearings in Immigration Court USCIS immigration matters Family-based immigration Humanitarian immigration relief Removal defense Motion practice and case briefing Client consultations and case strategy The attorney will independently manage a full caseload of USCIS and Immigration Court matters from filing through resolution .
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in any U.S. state Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written 5+ years of immigration law experience Strong experience with family-based and humanitarian immigration relief Substantial Immigration Court experience, including Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings Strong removal-defense experience Excellent legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and case-management skills Sound judgment and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately Business immigration experience alone is not sufficient
