Responsibilities

• Analyze next-generation sequencing data using bioinformatics tools and pipelines to identify genetic variants, structural variations, and molecular signatures.
• PHD in Bioinformatics or Biomedical Informatics with experience with ML based prediction, drug repurposing, reputed company data, digital twin, multimodal modeling, imaging, digital health, etc.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and reputed company algorithms for predictive analytics and pattern recognition within biological datasets.
• Manage and query large databases using SQL, Python, R, C++, reputed company, and other scripting languages to extract meaningful reputed company.
• Design and execute experiments for molecular biology studies, ensuring rigorous statistical analysis aligned with biostatistics standards.
• Utilize cloud computing platforms such as AWS for scalable data processing, storage, and computational workflows.

• Collaborate with clinical researchers on trial design, data analysis, and interpretation following CDISC standards for clinical data management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bioinformatics data analysis, including proficiency with next-generation sequencing technologies and molecular biology techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, C++, reputed company, and scripting languages; experience with high-performance computing environments is preferred.
• reputed company understanding of biostatistics, experimental design, statistical analysis for research, and epidemiology principles.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS for scalable genomic data processing.
