- Open sequence files, plasmid maps, alignments, and tree files in UGENE.
- Run instructed MUSCLE or ClustalW alignments and construct phylogenetic trees.
- Annotate plasmids and execute specified workflows in the required order.
- Inspect sequence data, annotations, alignments, and analysis results for task-specific verification.
- Export aligned FASTA files, annotated GenBank files, reports, screenshots, and other requested outputs.
- Save files with the specified names and locations, record the screen when required, and report ambiguity without guessing.
