Biostatistician III
Job Title: Biostatistician III Company: NovoZen Healthcare LLC. Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 months Job Responsibilities Lead statistical planning, study design, and data analysis for clinical development programs. Develop, validate, and implement statistical analyses and simulation studies using R, SAS, and/or Python. Apply statistical methods such as ANCOVA, multiple imputation, multiplicity control, type I error control, and power calculations. Oversee internal and external statistical programming activities. Support Phase I–III clinical trials and interpret clinical study data. Serve as the primary statistician for clinical programs, including experience with at least one NDA/BLA submission. Ensure compliance with clinical trial design standards and applicable drug development regulations. Prepare statistical reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics; PhD preferred. 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, statistical theory, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in R, SAS, and/or Python. Experience preparing statistical analysis programs for Phase I–III clinical trials. Must have served as the primary statistician on at least one NDA/BLA submission. Experience with statistical simulations, data interpretation, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Pay Scale The hourly pay range is upto $58–$62/hr on W2 (Max) .
