Biotech and Medical Device Coach

Job Description:

• Coach students to strengthen their understanding of biotech strategy, research and development, medical device development, and medical device manufacturing
• Assist students in navigating clinical trials, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
• Guide students through market access strategy and patent strategy
• Help students with medical device sales, skill building, resume and cover letter review, LinkedIn review, networking strategy, and interview preparation
• Provide guidance on salary negotiation and freelancing for students pursuing independent work

Requirements:

• Significant professional experience in biotech or medical devices (industry, clinical, or regulatory)
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students grow their expertise and their career
