Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This is a part-time opportunity with after-school and evening hours, making it ideal for a BCBA looking to supplement their caseload or maintain a flexible schedule. We are open to remote supervision and are committed to supporting both our clinicians and the families we serve. Position Details Pay: $85–$95 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–7:30 PM EST Location: New Jersey (Remote/Hybrid Available) Employment Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Review and analyze client data to ensure treatment effectiveness Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and payer requirements Participate in treatment team meetings and parent training sessions

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Why Join Heart to Heart?
