Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and coordinating domestic and international travel reservations. Help arrange cruises, hotels, resorts, vacation packages, and other travel services. Gather client preferences, travel dates, budgets, and destination requirements. Review reservation details to help ensure accuracy. Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documentation. Communicate with clients and travel suppliers regarding reservations and updates. Recommend travel options, upgrades, and additional services based on client needs. Maintain organized client records and follow up on inquiries. Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry trends. QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple websites and online platforms. Professional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
