Core Responsibilities You will take primary responsibility for financial record accuracy, including the management of accounts payable and receivable. Key duties include processing vendor and customer invoices, monitoring payments, and managing collections to ensure healthy cash flow. You will also support the leadership team with budgeting and forecasting by providing detailed financial analysis and identifying cost saving opportunities. Additional tasks include purchase order creation, assisting with audits, and maintaining secure digital records. The ideal candidate will also work across departments to improve billing accuracy and streamline existing accounting processes.

Required Qualifications

At least four to five years of professional bookkeeping experience. Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles. Previous experience handling reconciliations, invoicing, and collections. High proficiency with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or NetSuite. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience in B2B, service industries, or large scale institutional billing. Prior experience supporting United States based clients from an offshore location. Technical Requirements Intel i5 processor or higher. At least 4 GB of RAM. Stable high speed internet with a secondary backup connection. Professional USB noise cancelling headset and 720p webcam.
