Bookkeepers — Paid AI Training Project

We’re recruiting 30 experienced bookkeepers for a remote project supporting AI evaluation and benchmarking. The work applies your practical, hands-on industry knowledge: reviewing benchmark tasks in bookkeeping, assessing whether the output is accurate and realistic, and explaining clearly where it falls short. No AI or technical background is required — we need your professional judgement, not your coding ability. What you’ll do Review benchmark tasks across day-to-day bookkeeping work Evaluate the accuracy and real-world relevance of each task Identify errors, gaps, and inconsistencies, and provide actionable written feedback Apply your professional knowledge to assess realistic financial scenarios Approximately 30 benchmark tasks. The kind of work you’ll be assessing General ledger maintenance and journal entries Accounts payable and receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Month-end and year-end close Trial balance preparation and review Chart of accounts structure Accruals, prepayments and adjusting entries Fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules Sales tax / GST / HST recording and reconciliation Working in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or similar Eligibility Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience Currently hands-on in bookkeeping — this is not a role for someone who has moved away from the work Professional qualification or certification preferred — CPB, CB (AIPB), QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Xero Certified, CPA, CA, or equivalent Based in the United States or Canada Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written English Please note: articleship or training-contract years do not count toward the five-year requirement.
