About the Role
Turing is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a 16-week, project-based engagement focused on evaluating chatbot responses. The work involves reviewing and comparing multiple chatbot outputs, analyzing requirements, conducting structured evaluations, and delivering final assessments based on defined criteria. This freelance role also includes business analysis activities such as documenting requirements, reviewing workflows, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams. The position is fully remote and offers flexibility while contributing to AI projects with a global reach.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and project objectives. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps, and other project documentation. Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Compare multiple chatbot responses and provide final assessments based on defined evaluation criteria.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with requirements gathering and process-mapping techniques. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications / Requirements Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Project Details and Work Schedule Employment Type: Freelance, project-based engagement. Duration: 16 weeks. Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off. Project Scope: Complete a defined number of evaluation tasks, each involving comparisons of multiple chatbot responses and submission of a final assessment.
