What This Role Involves You connect with clients to understand their needs and match them with the right benefits solutions. Each conversation starts with listening, identifying priorities and presenting options clearly. You manage your own schedule, track follow-ups and keep detailed notes on every interaction. How You Spend Your Time Most of your week centers on outbound calls, scheduled appointments and relationship building. You prepare for each conversation by reviewing client information, then guide people through available plans. Between calls you update records, confirm upcoming meetings and coordinate with your team on shared accounts. Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. What You Bring No prior insurance experience is needed.
