Summit Properties and Development Co., LLC is a national general contractor and developer with 30 plus years in the commercial construction industry. We specialize in renovations, remodels, new construction and roll-out programs across multi-site commercial, hospitality and retail markets. POSITION IS REMOTE, BUT CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role located in Portland, OR, for a Business Development Representative. This position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, and managing accounts. The role involves interacting with potential clients, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, within the construction or related industries. 5-10 years of experience managing in commercial construction. Strong understanding of the commercial construction landscape and market dynamics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field. Willingness to travel as needed to support business development efforts.
