Our client provides engineered manufacturing solutions supporting demanding industrial applications, including precision-machined components, forgings, castings, and related metal products. We are particularly interested in commercial professionals who have built successful careers selling precision machining, contract manufacturing, engineered metal components, or OEM manufacturing solutions . This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven business development professional who understands the manufacturing world, knows how to open doors with major OEMs, and can turn those relationships into long-term, profitable business.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in business development, technical sales, account management, or commercial leadership within industrial manufacturing. Experience selling precision CNC machining, contract manufacturing, machined components, forgings, castings, or closely related engineered products. Established relationships with major OEMs, preferably within oilfield equipment, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or construction equipment. Strong understanding of OEM procurement processes, RFQs, technical specifications, and manufacturing supply chains. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive-level decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and generate profitable revenue. Entrepreneurial, self-directed approach with a strong emphasis on relationship development and customer growth.
