Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative Kindred Mortgage Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our network of real estate agent partners. This role will focus on building relationships with Realtors and real estate professionals for co-marketing opportunities and mortgage loan referrals. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area, as local travel and in-person relationship-building will be required. Responsibilities: Identify and recruit real estate agents as referral and co-marketing partners. Build and maintain relationships with Realtors and real estate professionals. Conduct outreach to prospective agent partners by phone, email, social media, and other channels. Schedule and participate in meetings with potential partners. Follow up consistently with prospective and existing referral partners. Represent Kindred Mortgage Group professionally at meetings, networking opportunities, and other local activities. Maintain organized records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with the Kindred Mortgage Group team to support business-development initiatives. Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable conducting outreach and developing new professional relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Organized and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable networking with real estate professionals. Must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Must be available for local travel as required.
