Business Immigration Paralegal 2+ yrs.

Responsibilities: - Be a strong and productive team member for a growing business immigration law firm whose mission is assisting others in transitioning to the United States based on their investments, business or professional abilities; -Apply your excellent analytical and drafting skills to prepare effective business immigration petitions; -Effectively interact with clients to collect all the required documentation; -Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents Focus will primarily be on E-2 visas, but it is possible assistance will be needed with EB-5, Adjustment of Status cases, and other business related cases; - Ideally would have 2+ years of experience with E-2 and similar petitions (experience with only family immigration is not relevant for this vacancy); - Review and edit documents and eventually assist in drafting case memos; - Draft documents to be reviewed by attorneys; - Maintain case files and document management systems - Prepare and organize immigration forms and supporting documentation; - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents; - Coordinate with government agencies and other parties involved in the immigration process Requirements: - 2+ years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal with demonstrable experience in handling E-2 visa petitions. - Proficient in effective drafting and proofreading - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation - Strong preference for Russian speaking and writing skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
