Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analyst, full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States. You keep the numbers behind our client projects straight: hours, budgets, delivery dates and what each client has been billed. You will Build and update weekly reports on project hours, budget used and margin Reconcile time entries with invoices and signed scopes Track delivery milestones and follow up with the owner when a date slips Prepare the monthly operations summary for the founders Write down how we staff, scope and invoice projects, and fix the steps that break Set up dashboards in our reporting tool as new questions come up You haveA year or more in operations, finance, business analysis or consulting, internships included Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables and lookups Experience pulling data out of a system into a report people use Also good: SQL; Power BI, Looker or Tableau; a bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field.
