Call Center Loan Officer
Call Center Loan Officer - Uptiq Premier Mortgage Company: Uptiq Premier Mortgage (UPM) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $31,000–$300,000/year (hourly draw + upside commission) About UPM Uptiq Premier Mortgage (UPM) is built to make home financing simpler, faster, and more personal. We pair proprietary technology and data-driven lead qualification with a consultative, human approach, helping borrowers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, whether that's purchasing a home, refinancing, tapping equity, or leveraging investment property financing. At UPM, lending is a partnership, not a transaction. We're hiring licensed loan officers to join our call center lending team and build a book of business from company-provided, pre-qualified leads.
Job Description
As a Call Center Loan Officer, you'll work high-intent leads that have already been screened and warmed by our lead vendors and in-house ISA (Inside Sales Agent) team before they reach you — meaning less time chasing interest, more time closing. You'll use your mortgage expertise and consultative sales skills to guide borrowers from term sheet through funding, fully supported by UPM's in-house processing and underwriting teams.
Compensation
Base Security: An hourly, non-recoverable draw gives you a dependable paycheck while you build your pipeline. Upside: Once production outpaces the draw, tiered commission kicks in, and there's upside on what you can earn. How We Help You Win
- Pre-Qualified, Multi-Channel Volume: Leads sourced from lead vendors, or first-party Google SEO/PPC, Meta, PAAL (pre-approved and looking), and past-client channels — screened by our ISA team before reaching your desk
- Warm Handoff, Not Cold Start: Our ISA process captures the borrower's story upfront, so your first conversation is a continuation, not an introduction
- Less Paperwork, More Advising: Document chasing is off your plate — spend your time structuring deals and closing
What You'll Bring
- Ability to be on the phone during working hours talking to qualified leads
- CRM discipline
- Have a hungry mindset to crush monthly targets
- 2+ years originating loans in a fast-paced, borrower-centric Consumer Direct environment
- Active National MLO license
- In-depth knowledge of DSCR/Non-QM (strongly preferred), Conventional, FHA, and VA products
- Willingness to complete additional state/federal licensing (pre-license education, testing, background checks) as UPM expands its footprint
- Comfortable working in a start-up fast-paced environment
