Sales Representative – Loud Labs Location: South Jersey / Woodbury Heights Home Base Job Type: Full-Time About Loud Labs Loud Labs is a fast-growing cannabis brand specializing in premium vape pens and concentrates—including Distillate, Budder, Sauce, and Disposables. We’re known for bold innovation, high-quality products, and strong relationships with dispensaries across New Jersey. Now, we’re seeking a Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint, build lasting partnerships, and be the face of Loud Labs in your region. What You’ll Do As a Sales Rep at Loud Labs, you’ll play a key role in expanding and maintaining our presence in the cannabis retail market. Your day-to-day will include: Visiting licensed dispensaries in your assigned territory on a regular basis Managing existing accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Prospecting new clients through in-person outreach and cold calling Educating budtenders on product lines and best practices for driving sales Sampling and demoing new products in-store Resolving client issues, answering product questions, and providing top-tier support Updating CRM daily with notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a go-getter with hustle, charisma, and follow-through. Someone who builds trust easily and thrives in a fast-paced, growing industry. Must-Haves: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Sales experience (retail, wholesale, or field sales) Familiarity with CRM tools and daily usage habits Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory Nice-to-Haves: Experience in cannabis, alcohol, or CPG sales Passion for cannabis culture and industry knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills
