Job Details Location: Tip Top Car Wash – Martinsville, IN 46151 Position Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Retail Position Overview The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation of the car wash facility and for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Organize shift schedules for team members Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary Manage employee requests and transgressions Train new and current team members on tasks Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits Additional Tasks Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments Clean the facility and keep all equipment (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, grease gun) organized and in the proper place Assist customers with all aspects of the car wash process Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a friendly, focused, and competent attitude Provide directional assistance to customers while ensuring safety procedures are followed Perform a visual inspection of vehicles before sending them into the wash area Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to during daily tasks Keep vacuums unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung Maintain a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly for customers, the home office, and teammates Qualifications Display a courteous and professional attitude Have excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum satisfaction Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Stand for extended periods of time Lift items of moderate weight Work outdoors and handle all weather conditions efficiently Interact ethically with employees and customers Possess strong written and oral communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities Handle the physical demands of the job effectively Follow directions and implement tasks correctly Maintain safety precautions in wet, hazardous conditions to ensure compliance Benefits Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonus Opportunity FREE CAR WASHES Paid Time Off Continuing Education Reimbursement ($2,500 annually) Flexible schedules / Work‑life balance Refer a Friend Bonus ($200) Paid Training / Career Path Development Free Uniforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
