Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Home Healthcare
Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in the South Bay LA Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
- Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
- Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program; CA COTA license; CPR/BLS; reliable transportation; home health experience; EMR experience preferred.
