CFO & Business Advisor | $182K+ OTE | Remote How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) $110K Base + Performance Compensation | Full-Time W-2 | 100% Remote Help Business Owners Build More Profitable Businesses Are you a CFO who enjoys working directly with business owners, solving financial challenges, and helping businesses become more profitable? At How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM), we're looking for an experienced CFO who can do more than manage the numbers. We need someone who can sit down with a business owner, understand what's happening financially, identify opportunities, and help turn those insights into better business results. You'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to approximately 30 law firm owners, helping them improve profitability, pricing, margins, cash flow, and business growth. Why HTM? You can focus on what you do best: helping business owners make smarter financial decisions. What We're Looking For 8+ years of CFO-level financial leadership experience Direct experience advising small and midsized business owners Experience with businesses generally in the $1M–$35M+ revenue range A proven track record of improving profitability, margins, pricing, cash flow, or overall financial performance Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning skills The ability to translate financial information into practical recommendations business owners can act on Fractional CFO experience or experience managing multiple client relationships is a plus. This is not a traditional accounting or Controller role. We're looking for a strategic financial leader who has worked directly with business owners and helped them make better business decisions.
