Chatbot Architect
Title: Sr. Architect (Chat Platform) # 22051 Location: 100% REMOTE Interview: Video Duration: 12+ months Glider Test & LinkedIn Required. Experience: Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an IT discipline (software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure). Minimum 5+ years of experience partnering with business disciplines to translate business capabilities into technical requirements. Preferred: Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Conversational AI platforms, particularly within Google Cloud's ecosystem (Dialogflow, GECX, AI Agents). Experience integrating chat platforms with enterprise contact center solutions (e.g., Genesys). Health Insurance or regulated industry business knowledge. Technical Skills & Stack (Chat Platform Focus): Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, BigQuery, etc.), Cloud-Native Architecture, Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. Conversational AI & Integrations: Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), Google Dialogflow, AI Agents, IVA Voice, Genesys Integration. Backend & Web Technologies: TypeScript, Node.js, WebSockets, Distributed Systems Design. Engineering Practices: CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive observability/monitoring/logging strategies, high-throughput/low-latency system design, application security, and authentication patterns. Preferred: Google Cloud Architect Certification Enterprise Architect (SCEA) Project Management / Agile Certifications
