Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute company-wide operational and collaboration strategies. Oversee daily business operations and organizational performance. Lead organizational development and business transformation initiatives. Establish performance metrics, operational controls, and reporting systems. Support business expansion and long-term strategic objectives. Qualifications12+ years of experience in operations, corporate management, or strategic leadership. Proven executive leadership and cross-functional management experience. Strong expertise in business operations, organizational strategy, and partnership development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
