Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dynacare_FR is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial strategy and operations. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting processes, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes developing and implementing financial policies, supporting long-term business planning, and providing data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making. The CFO will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls. The position also involves mentoring finance team members, optimizing financial systems and tools, and supporting risk management and corporate governance initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Finance, Financial Planning, and preparation of Financial Statements to oversee strategic and operational financial management. Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analytical Skills to interpret data, create insights, and support executive decision-making. Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally including prior CFO or equivalent executive responsibilities. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, leading distributed teams and collaborating across functions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and strategic planning for growth-oriented organizations. Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an asset.
