This executive will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial performance, optimize capital allocation, and support strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate financial and capital strategies. Lead capital planning, fundraising, and financing initiatives. Oversee financial forecasting, investment analysis, and capital allocation. Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and capital partners. Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning and business expansion. Build and lead high-performing financial strategy teams. Qualifications15+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investment management, or financial strategy. Proven experience in senior financial leadership or executive roles. Strong background in capital allocation, fundraising, financial modeling, and strategic investments. Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial transactions and capital structures. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
