Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time remote role that supports the studio’s leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. This role will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage key priorities and timelines, and streamline communication between executives, production teams, and external partners. The Chief of Staff will prepare reports and presentations, support strategic planning and decision-making, and monitor performance metrics related to studio operations and client delivery. Daily responsibilities include organizing leadership meetings, tracking action items, identifying process improvements, and proactively resolving operational issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves handling confidential information with discretion and serving as a trusted advisor to the studio leadership on organizational and business matters.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines and deliverables. Strategic planning and business operations experience, including the ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, and support executive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings. Stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including experience working with leadership teams, creative professionals, and external partners. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under changing deadlines. Understanding of or strong interest in animation, visual effects, media production, or related creative industries is highly beneficial. Experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, consulting, or similar role supporting senior leadership is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
