Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving organizational efficiency for CC Skincare. This role will lead operational planning, optimize processes across product and service offerings, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. The COO will collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, financial performance, and resource allocation, while implementing operational KPIs and monitoring outcomes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, guiding cross-functional teams, enhancing customer experience through operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies. The COO will also foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and clear communication across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational plans. Proven Operations Management experience, including process optimization and cross-functional team coordination. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support decision-making. Solid Finance and Budgeting skills, including experience managing P&L, forecasting, and resource allocation. Demonstrated experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities in a remote environment. Track record of leading change, implementing systems or tools, and improving operational performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
