Role Description The Chief Product Officer at Centurix is a part-time, remote role responsible for defining and leading the overall product vision and roadmap. This role oversees end-to-end product management, including market and customer needs analysis, solution design, and lifecycle planning for customized ISP and IT offerings. The Chief Product Officer collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals, ensuring cohesive execution across technology, operations, and customer success. Day-to-day activities include prioritizing product initiatives, setting metrics for performance, guiding project delivery, and enabling teams to build and launch solutions that meet client requirements. The role also involves engaging with external partners and suppliers to optimize product portfolios and service-level agreements.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including building and executing product roadmaps for technology or services businesses. Strong Project Management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders. Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Experience in ISP, IT services, or related technology sectors, with understanding of customized solution design and service-level agreements. Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time executive role, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with external partners or suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent executive-level experience is beneficial.
