Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Feililai’s jewelry gift packing solutions. This role oversees product strategy, portfolio management, and innovation to align offerings with customer needs and business goals. The CPO leads cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and customer insights, setting product performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring product teams to maintain high standards of execution. The CPO also partners with senior leadership to support long-term growth initiatives and develop new product lines.
Qualifications
Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmap, and product portfolio. Project Management capabilities to coordinate timelines, resources, and delivery across multiple initiatives. Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership skills to guide product teams and collaborate with design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Experience in packaging, consumer goods, or related industries is highly beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-informed approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment. Proven track record in senior product leadership roles; advanced degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
