Chief Quality Officer
Role Description The Chief Quality Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall quality strategy and execution across AVS Simulator’s products, services, and internal processes. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management and assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits and reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and risks. The Chief Quality Officer will guide quality improvement initiatives, support performance optimization in simulation-based solutions, and provide leadership to quality-focused personnel. The role also involves communicating quality outcomes to senior leadership, aligning quality objectives with business goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, including developing and maintaining quality frameworks and standards. Candidates should possess experience in Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement, with a track record of leading measurable, data-driven initiatives. Candidates with Nursing or clinical quality experience are preferred for healthcare-related simulation solutions. Advanced skills in data analysis, risk management, and process optimization to support evidence-based decision-making. Experience in technology, simulation, or related industries, with familiarity in VR/AR/AI-driven products considered an advantage. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex quality concepts into practical guidance. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience.
