Role Description The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing WeHelp’s overall sales strategy. This position oversees all sales operations, including pipeline development, forecasting, and performance optimization across markets and product lines. The CSO will lead and mentor sales managers and teams, set clear targets, and implement training programs to strengthen skills and drive consistent revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership on go-to-market plans, building strategic partnerships, analyzing sales metrics, and refining processes to ensure alignment with WeHelp’s business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

Strong background in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization. Demonstrated ability in Training and Team Management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance development for sales teams. Proven leadership in remote or distributed environments, with excellent communication and decision-making skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective sales plans and market approaches. Experience in technology or digital solutions industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
