Evaluate new technologies, business models, and industry developments. Align innovation strategies with business objectives and market demands. Represent the company's vision to strategic partners and key stakeholders. Qualifications15+ years of experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy, business development, or innovation management. Proven experience in senior executive or strategic leadership positions. Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, and organizational leadership skills. Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, infrastructure, or related industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and lead strategic transformation. Excellent communication, relationship management, and executive decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
