Our Client, a Japanese Food Manufacturer is looking for a Chinese speaking Home Office Sales Rep in NY/NJ area Industry: Food Manufacturer Position: Chinese speaking Sales Rep Location: Home Office in NY/NJ Salary: 65-85k base Hiring Style: Full time/ Direct hire

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales across the East Coast territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and other customers. Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales demonstrations. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to support inventory, product availability, and sales initiatives. Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 80%). Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the food or consumer products industry is preferred. Experience working with distributors and wholesale accounts. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
