What You'll Do

Manage civil litigation matters from case assessment through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda. Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in hearings and trials. Handle litigation matters in Texas state and federal courts. Develop strategic legal solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Qualifications ✔ Active Texas law license in good standing. ✔ Admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas . ✔ 2-5 years of civil litigation experience with case ownership responsibilities. ✔ Experience with business litigation, real estate disputes, discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances. ✔ Ability to attend proceedings throughout the Greater Houston area, including Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazoria Counties.
