Civil Litigation Attorney | Fully Remote
About the Opportunity A premier, forward-thinking law firm is seeking a driven Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing national practice. Key Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Draft substantive legal briefs, discovery requests/responses, and dispositive motions. Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediation/arbitration. Maintain regular, strategic communication with clients and collaborate with senior partners on trial preparation.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active, good-standing license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of substantive civil litigation experience. Skills: Strong research, legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills. Remote Capability: Self-motivated with demonstrated success working effectively in a fully remote environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $250,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
