About the Opportunity: The CLAIMS ADJUSTER-AUTO SUBROGATION is responsible for managing and resolving auto subrogation claims by analyzing exposure and planning appropriate actions. This role requires interacting with all parties involved in claims to ensure clear communication and efficient resolution, while providing empathetic customer service throughout the process. The position contributes directly to achieving timely and accurate claims outcomes by adhering to policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Analyze claims exposure and determine proper resolution strategies Communicate extensively with claimants and involved parties Provide empathetic customer service during claims process Handle claims in compliance with client and corporate policies and legal requirements Document and report claim activities promptly and accurately Requirements: High school diploma with at least 2 years of related claims experience Experience handling auto subrogation claims; some property claims experience preferred Ability to obtain or hold appropriate adjuster licenses as required by jurisdiction Proficient with claims and business software Preferred: Bachelor's degree Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
