Client Consultant

Joining the dynamic Black Diamond Service Team, the full-time Client Consultant will serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients, guiding them in maximizing the value of the Black Diamond Wealth Platform while working both remotely and onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Key responsibilities Serve as a technology advisor, conducting discovery sessions to identify workflow challenges and recommend solutions Guide clients in platform adoption, delivering training sessions and monitoring utilization trends for improvement Analyze client workflows to recommend process improvements and establish success metrics for technology initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting, technology consulting, or client success role Experience with technology platforms, SaaS solutions, or financial services software Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions to client objectives Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools Experience: 4 years required
