Client Coordinator

Airtraffic is a creative agency that supports clients in the video game industry. We are seeking a Client Coordinator to manage client-facing communications and operations. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in California. This is not a sales role. You can learn more about the work we do at www.airtraffic.co The Work: Delivering assets and communicating updates to client teams Clarifying and organizing client feedback so it’s actionable for our team Fielding questions between clients and our internal teams, and tracking down answers in both directions Flagging client concerns, risks, and scope questions to the right people internally Uploading and organizing client assets in our internal asset library Performing quality checks on client deliverables Maintaining documentation on each client’s processes and preferences Joining video calls with clients You: Love video games Love talking to and collaborating with other people Have experience in client/customer-facing roles Have a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processes Can communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken Have experience using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Wrike, or similar Are able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important details Can manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issue Have a fast and reliable internet connection Bonus: Spanish fluency
