Client Delivery Manager - US Northeast Region

About the Opportunity: The CLIENT DELIVERY MANAGER - US NORTHEAST REGION will own SAP Private Cloud engagements for enterprise customers in the Northeast. This role manages the full contract lifecycle, ensuring customers realize business outcomes, safeguarding revenue, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The position involves governance leadership, risk mitigation, and collaboration with account teams to identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Manage SAP Private Cloud contracts from handover through renewal Lead customer adoption and track contract compliance Identify and mitigate risks to revenue and entitlement leakage Conduct governance sessions and report to senior stakeholders Collaborate with account teams on upsell and cross-sell Drive renewal readiness and measure customer satisfaction Prevent customer churn by delivering measurable results Orchestrate post-sale consumption tracking and risk mitigation for C2C customers Ensure customers transition to latest release versions to optimize solution benefits Requirements: Six or more years of experience in SAP cloud operations, infrastructure, or customer delivery Understanding of enterprise technology decision-making processes Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences Experience managing large international contracts Structured project management and governance skills Confident presenter to senior executives and technical teams SAP Basis/Technical knowledge and private cloud deployment expertise Strong de-escalation skills and composure under pressure Bachelor's degree required; project management certification preferred Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
