Client Manager

Position: Client Manager Location: 12950 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20170 Duties: - Perform manufacturing and industry process control audits for clients in the automotive and ancillary industries in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. - Use knowledge of, and experience with, industrial manufacturing and process controls in automotive and general industries, to deliver BSI’s audit services to assigned clients. - Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients with respect to the assessment findings and corrective action where appropriate. - Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations. - Lead assessment teams as required. - Coach colleagues and less experienced assessors and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested. - Plan/schedule workloads to make best use of own time and maximize revenue-earning activity. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in automotive or chemical engineering and 2 years of experience. - Experience must include: industrial manufacturing and supporting process controls in automotive and general industries, and automotive industry process auditing approach. - ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certificates required. - 80% domestic & international travel for client site visits and training. - May telecommute from any location in continental United States. - Skill set does not need to be maintained for the full term of required experience.
