Day to Day Connect with families who requested information about their coverage. Focus on what matters most to each family during every call. Review benefits and costs so families can decide with confidence. Assist families in choosing a plan that fits their budget. Process the application and set up the next appointment. Log each family's details and follow up on scheduled appointments.
