About the position We are hiring a Client Retention Associate to support and grow our client retention efforts. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, proactively addressing at-risk accounts and ensuring a high quality client experience throughout the life of the account.
Responsibilities
- Manage retention conversations with existing clients
- Handle objections and provide coverage comparisons
- Support renewal efforts by addressing concerns, resolving issues and reinforcing Proper’s value
- Maintain accurate notes and follow established retention workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, CAM team and support Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer support or sales
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling difficult client conversations
- Highly organized and efficient with quick turnaround
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Benefits
