Client Services Representative

You will work directly under our client services manager. You will assist in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our potential and current clients. You will need to be comfortable being on the phone for the majority of the day making calls to both clients and potential clients, able to keep a calm and friendly attitude throughout the day, and able to multitask. This position requires an even demeanor, outstanding phone management skills, excellent writing and speaking skills, ability to thrive under pressure, incredible organization skills, and the willingness to learn.

What You Will Be Doing You’ll work directly under our client services manager. You’ll answer our phone calls, making sure the caller gets directed to the right person. You’ll take clear and concise messages. You’ll succinctly and kindly get intake information from potential clients. You’ll assist in moving potential clients through the intake process. You’ll assist in updating our CRM system (Lawmatics). o Including but not limited to: followup calls, leaving clear notes on what occurred, completing tasks, setting new tasks if needed, closing out matters, etc. You’ll assist in scheduling appointments and consultations. You’ll assist in other work-related duties as assigned. What You Need for this Position 2-4 years of client services/front facing work. Comfortable with being on the phone for the majority of the work day. Comfortable with cold calling potential clients. Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls. Ability to take notes as someone is speaking.
