Client Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional inbound and outbound client communications via phone and digital platforms Follow established scripts to guide client conversations, assess individual needs, and identify the best solutions for each client Qualify prospective clients based on company criteria to ensure the right fit for available services Accurately maintain and update client records, personal information, and interaction history in accordance with company standards and privacy guidelines Service existing clients with professionalism, consistency, and care to foster long-term relationships Build trust-based connections with clients through active listening, empathy, and follow-through Collaborate with team leadership to continuously improve the client experience and support overall agency growth Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable high-speed internet access A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions during client interactions A smartphone and a laptop or computer capable of supporting digital communication and CRM tools Skills & Attributes We're Looking For: Outgoing, warm, and confident communicator: both verbally and in writing A servant's heart with a genuine desire to help people navigate important decisions Self-motivated with the drive to pursue personal and professional growth Coachable and open to feedback, training, and development Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
