Clinical Expert Advisor - Remote, US

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Expert Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role will support complex healthcare customers by analyzing business needs and guiding engagements that improve performance, workflow efficiency, and measurable outcomes. The position blends clinical insight with administrative leadership, project coordination, and data-informed problem solving. You will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on track, communicate progress clearly, and support business development efforts. Location: Remote Compensation: $162,970 – $224,081 annually

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business requirements in complex healthcare environments Manage customer engagements to drive measurable improvements Lead project teams and conduct status checks with customers Prepare and present project status reports Assist in sales support interactions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in clinical healthcare; advanced degree preferred 8-10 years of clinical and administrative experience Significant leadership experience in healthcare departments Project/program management experience in performance improvement Applied understanding of analytics and workflow optimization Knowledge of healthcare economics and budgeting Strong oral and written presentation skills
