Clinical Supervisor

Overview

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical team leadership and supervision, partnering with program leadership to support effective service delivery. This role coordinates team meetings and weekly supervision, promotes sound case documentation, and contributes to program outcome measures. Applicants must hold one of the specified clinical credentials and complete pre-credentialing with the listed payers.

Responsibilities

Lead the clinical team and provide clinical supervision. Schedule treatment team meetings and coordinate weekly supervisions. Ensure case documentation is complete and properly maintained. Support development and implementation of program outcome measures. Work with program leadership to support effective service delivery. Your impact: Strong supervision and documentation support coordinated care for clients and teams. Experience Required: LCSW, LMHC-D, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner credential. Required: Pre-credentialing with Medicaid and Medicare. Required: Pre-credentialing with Healthfirst and Fidelis Healthcare. Required: Pre-credentialing with MetroPlusHealth and UnitedHealthcare. Required: Pre-credentialing with Anthem. Bring clinical leadership, supervision, and team coordination skills. Pay: From $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week Work Location: Remote
