Cloud Readiness Architect - Consumer Goods Cloud
For our client, we are seeking a Cloud Readiness Architect - Consumer Goods Cloud to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role will help shape how customers adopt and scale cloud solutions, with a strong focus on readiness, enablement, and migration support. The architect will partner closely with product, success, and subject matter experts to translate customer needs into practical guidance that improves adoption and long-term outcomes. This position is ideal for a commercially minded cloud professional who can connect technical product knowledge with customer-facing strategy and cross-functional execution. Location: Remote Compensation: $150,100 – $227,000 annually
Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of the cloud product portfolio Act as an early adopter for new product introductions and migrations Engage with stakeholders to develop product feedback and roadmap input Document best practices from product interactions to support scalability Provide product expertise to improve adoption strategies Collaborate with cloud success teams to ensure strategic alignment Share best practices with other readiness success architects Qualifications 9+ years of experience in Customer Success or Product Management in SaaS Hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise software products Proven collaboration with subject matter experts Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to translate customer use cases into requirements Experience developing enablement materials and training
