Support and evolve enterprise cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms by delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. This role ensures system reliability, availability, and security for globally distributed applications, with a focus on AWS and enterprise workload automation using SOS Berlin JS7.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Deploy, configure, and support SOS Berlin JS7 for workload automation, including complex workflows, scheduling, and optimization
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure components including VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, networking, and security controls
- Support and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, operational workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networking, compute, storage, security, and system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with application and business needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing, administering, and supporting SOS Berlin JS7 workload automation
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud environments with strong expertise in AWS (VPC, IAM, networking, security)
- Experience with Windows system administration in a cloud environment (Linux experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and secure architectures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborate effectively across teams
- Availability to work U.S. business hours during training, with transition to India business hours post onboarding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional-level certifications
- Exposure to equivalent certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments with high availability and scalability requirements
5+ years managing cloud environments with AWS expertise; experience with SOS Berlin JS7; Windows system administration; PowerShell scripting; networking knowledge; availability for U.S. then India business hours.
